The Power plants are tested weekly. The Generators are load tested monthly. The system is inspected quarterly. |

Power Plant: 16 Cylinder 3000 horse power Cummins Marine Grade Diesel Gen Set:ONAN Wattage: 2000 Kw Deployment: Load Sharing Generator 2 Power Plant: 16 Cylinder 3000 horse power Cummins Marine Grade Diesel Gen Set:ONAN Wattage: 2000 Kw Deployment: Load Sharing Both Generators handle the all the same load at DC2 with the help of paralleling gear. When a service outage occurs both generators will start for 5 minutes. If the total load is less then 33% of capacity one generator will shutdown. If the load reaches 80% of capacity the other generator will turn on. The Power plants are tested weekly. The Generators are load tested monthly. The system is inspected quarterly. |
