DH2's servers and equipment are located in the two technologically advanced Network Operations Centers (NOC) maintained by EV1 (Houston, Texas).
Data Centers
Redundant path fiber to our upstream providers via multiple transport providers and backbone carriers. Redundant facilities are located at each of the two data centers. NOC personnel are on site at each data center 24x7x365.
Power Management
In the event of a service outage from CenterPoint, the generators will turn over and power will be switched automatically in seconds. This system is tested every month.
