If he is typical of your staff, then I am sure you are the kind of company I am willing to do business with. The technical aspects are a matter of investing in the right technologies but you can't buy people skills unless you deliberately screen those skills in your employees (neat trick). I'm sure many accounts will be acquired through his direct influence on folks like me who value the person to person communication as high as the actual techonoloy being sought.

Due to personal reasons I have been late on my payments but have been diligently attempting to bring this account up to date.
