Marc is the exception to all other customer reps I have delt with.
He answered my every question and and was very patient. If he is
typical of your staff, then I am sure you are the kind of company
I am willing to do business with. The technical aspects are a
matter of investing in the right technologies but you can't buy
people skills unless you deliberately screen those skills in your
employees (neat trick). I'm sure many accounts will be acquired
through his direct influence on folks like me who value the person
to person communication as high as the actual techonoloy being
sought.

I chose dh2 because of their reliability, and haven't been
disappointed. My site never goes down and always loads at a high
speed. The few questions I had were answered within the hour. The
features and options and support they give at this price point is
virtually unheard of.

The tech support I've received from dh2 is the best I've
encountered in the industry. I don't know what you, as a company
are doing, but I am extremely happy to be a customer.
I especially want to give high praise to Marc on the tech support
team. Keep him at all costs! His no nonsense, honest & respectful
approach was just what I needed in a very stressful situation. I
felt like I was in knowledge & caring hands & felt confident that
my problem would get resolved with his involvement. He even went
beyond his normal duty & monitored my problem from home when he
was off duty. I can't give high enough accolades for his handling
of my case.

I would like to comment on the excellent customer service I have
been receiving from one of your billing department reps. Her name
is Samantha K. and for the past few months she has continued to be
both informative and helpful to me.
Due to personal reasons I have been late on my payments but have
been diligently attempting to bring this account up to date. I
will be able to bring my account up to date completely in the next
few weeks and this would have never happened if Ms K. had not gone
the extra mile and accepted my payment arrangements.
I am very happy to be a dh2.net customer and now thanks to Ms K. I
will be able to continue doing business with you. My financial
situation is taking a turn for the better and I will be able to
start promoting your services.

"I have been with Dh2 for a year now and have had no problems at
all and received only good service. It was a bit of a maze trying
to find a decent web hosting service for the company I work for,
with so many companies providing similar things. I am glad however

The teething troubles I had when getting the site online were
