Key Responsibilities * Develop strong partnerships with International Management team, and Regional Finance organizations;
* Implement processes to enable the consolidation and synthesis of monthly forecasts, weekly revenue flash, and annual plan exercise. Build these processes so that more of our resources / energy are focused on value add analysis for our business partners;
* Identifying and then communicating issues and findings as they arise to business partners, so that they can make informed operational decisions. Assist the SVP of International in prioritizing investment opportunities;
* Support in preparing financials and presentations for the Board and senior executives;
* Standardizing and making consistent "best practice" analyses and processes. As part of the International HQ you will be in a unique position to ensure our international teams are sharing and leveraging our best practices;
* Coordination with Global Business Units. This will involve working closely with the finance and operation leads of the business units to ensure priorities and strategies are incorporated into regional plans and to ensure consistency across the business;
* Ad Hoc projects for Senior Management in both Finance and International operations.
Skills/Qualifications * 8+ years of broad-based financial & strategic experience
* Strong attention to detail and an ability to work in a fast paced and ever-changing environment;
* Excellent communication & presentation skills; Exceptional problem solving and analytical skills demonstrating the ability to understand key drivers of the marketing programs and functions;
* A strategic thinker, who can work across finance and operations, to evaluate opportunities as they arise;
* Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, work across various functions within an organization and drive process improvement;
* International experience required;
* Knowledge of financial planning systems (Essbase, Hyperion, etc.); BS in Finance or Accounting; CPA, MBA preferred.

 Financial Analyst

Key Responsibilities * Calculate and report monthly accrual entries for various Balance Sheet accounts based on regular reviews of open Purchase Order reports and consultation with budget owners
* Ensure proper monthly recording of accruals and other journal entries, providing corrections as necessary
* Coordinate with the Accounting team and gather adequate documentation for the accrual amounts
* Review and approve purchase orders and hiring request
* Working together with members of the Operations Finance team, investigate detailed "Superquery" reports to identify causes of material variances in financial results, and work to resolve/reclassify as needed
* Special projects as required
Skills/Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
* Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience
* Able to work independently as well as with cross functional groups
* Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills required
* Strong verbal and written skills along with good interpersonal and organizational skills
* Strong computer skills- MS Word and Excel; Hyperion Essbase and Oracle experience preferable but not required
* Ability to thrive under tight deadlines and high-pressure situations

 Games Console/Platform Program Manager

* Provide program management leadership across the Games Platform team
* Drive execution of the product roadmap working with customers, engineering and product to help define requirements and prioritize initiatives based on market dynamics.
Skills/Qualifications * Successful track record in cross-functional program management
* Excellent communications skills, both written and oral. Demonstrated ability to present effectively to senior management
* Successful track record in managing large-scale and complex software projects; customer-facing experience a plus
*Ability to work with technical and non-technical business owners to get things done
*Ability to manage external constituents including driving meetings with key partners, articulating their pain points, gathering requirements and internalizing those for the team.
*BA/BS required. Computer Science degree highly desirable.
*Experience with developer programs or working with ISVs a major plus.

 Director, Research Engineering

Key Responsibilities * Manage the portfolio of all engineering projects within DH2.net Inc. Research, making priority calls, assigning engineers to projects, and planning ahead to satisfy an ever-changing set of project implementation demands.
* Manage growth and reduction of engineering resources applied to projects, including, where necessary, cessation of engineering support for a project.
* Meet regularly with internal research customers (e.g., technical leads) to assure that projects are being executed well and that future needs are anticipated.
* Provide career management guidance for all DH2.net Inc. Research Engineers.
* Ensure adequate performance and security for all external-facing Research software projects.
* Manage the budgeting, planning and tracking for all capital equipment for DH2.net Inc. Research.
* Manage the complex computing infrastructure supporting DH2.net Inc. Research.
Skills/Qualifications MS in Computer Science or related field; PhD in Computer Science or related field desirable. Minimum of 5 years experience designing and developing modern, object-oriented, Web-based software systems. Minimum of 5 years experience managing teams of engineers on multiple simultaneous development projects.

General proficiency in languages like Java, C++, C#, C, Perl, PHP, Python, Tcl; thorough understanding and practice in the use of oo design patterns and data management systems is desirable. Solid experience in system architecture design and review, and system testing processes is strongly desired. Excellent communication and influencing abilities.
