| Key Responsibilities |
* Develop strong partnerships with International Management team,
and Regional Finance organizations;
* Implement processes to enable the consolidation and synthesis of monthly forecasts, weekly revenue flash, and annual plan exercise. Build these processes so that more of our resources / energy are focused on value add analysis for our business partners; * Identifying and then communicating issues and findings as they arise to business partners, so that they can make informed operational decisions. Assist the SVP of International in prioritizing investment opportunities; * Support in preparing financials and presentations for the Board and senior executives; * Standardizing and making consistent "best practice" analyses and processes. As part of the International HQ you will be in a unique position to ensure our international teams are sharing and leveraging our best practices; * Coordination with Global Business Units. This will involve working closely with the finance and operation leads of the business units to ensure priorities and strategies are incorporated into regional plans and to ensure consistency across the business; * Ad Hoc projects for Senior Management in both Finance and International operations. |

* 8+ years of broad-based financial & strategic experience

Sheet accounts based on regular reviews of open Purchase Order

| Skills/Qualifications |
MS in Computer Science or related field; PhD in Computer Science
or related field desirable.
Minimum of 5 years experience designing and developing modern,
object-oriented, Web-based software systems. Minimum of 5 years
experience managing teams of engineers on multiple simultaneous
development projects.
General proficiency in languages like Java, C++, C#, C, Perl, PHP, Python, Tcl; thorough understanding and practice in the use of oo design patterns and data management systems is desirable. Solid experience in system architecture design and review, and system testing processes is strongly desired. Excellent communication and influencing abilities. Excellent recruiting ability with developing and building a team. |
